I have more info(and time) to tell you about the Pokemon TCG-ICQ 
League! yippy!
Anyways...

and is run by a 13 year old  guy named Ace, and a guy named Simba, 
I don't know much 'bout him. Anywho, first you have to get ICQ. 
ICQ is like an instant messager for Non-AOL users. It allows you 
to store other people's ICQ numbers in your ICQ so that you can 
see when they are online and you can send them instant messages or 
even go into full time chat with them. You can get it at the page. 
The rest you can do with ease. You download Apprentice. You might  
find that once you do that, it has Magic cards in it, not pokemon. 
After that, you download something called, poke20.ZIP and do what 
they tell you to do with it. Then you can play Pokemon. Although 
they don't have the pictures on them, you can still play as usual, 
it also shortens the downloading time from aruond1hour, 30 min., 
to a measly 5.6(estimated) seconds. Then you register in with Ace 
or Simba telling them what gym you want to be in and so on.
I think it would be great for anyone with a computer, modem, etc. 
to come and battle us.

Also, I am joining a new league exactly like theirs, but newer. 
I am joining Team Rocket, http://www.angelfire.com/co2/TR2/ , and 
i insist that everyone who can try to join this league, even 
though the page sux, because after a while, we will probably have 
tryouts.
