I sent this same message earlier and wanted to ask that if you post it post this one instead, that one was a mess-up.

I am replying to the new charizard article in the strategy section. First off, zapdos and charizard are not even close to the two best pokemon. They are both on my list of the top 15 MOST USELESS cards in the set. Charizard is actually better than zapdos but they both still suck. Charizard has a weakness to the best type of deck and zapdos has almost a 100% chance of comiting suicide in about four turns, if you use thunder 3 times he has a 50%chance of killing himself and if you use thunder bolt he won't be able to attack for FOUR FRICKIN TURNS. Charizard has to discard two for a hundred damage. All that hard work of buying and selling and searching for packs of cards, then you spend two hours making a perfect fire deck then it all pays off by killing ONE dang pokemon before he dies. My list of the top fifteen most useless cards in order from best to worst:

charizard
zapdos
ninetales
magneton
electrode
pidgeotto
haunter
raticate
porygon
imposter professor oak
dratini
abra
rattata
magikarp

this is my list of the best cards:

blastoise(no damage to itself, no discarding)
energy removal(ruin the game for your opponent)
super e. removal(same as above but even worse)
hitmonchan(basic, 20 for 1 fight and 40 for 2 fight and colorless, 70 hp)
chansey(scrunch+wall=very good)
alakazam(damage swap)
raichu(50%no damage and effects+20 to opponent)
poliwrath(40+energy removal=extremely good)
gyarados(100hp+50 for 3 water=good)
clefairy(metronome)

griffin branham
