Hi Pojo! Paul has got the right idea with his raindance deck. In order for it to be competitive in Tornaments it needs to have Blastoise out and fully pumped on turn 2. However, Tylers right. Electirc Pokemon (and Electrabuzz in particular) can knock this deck for six. 4 basic pokemon is way too few. Chances are you'll only have 1 squirtle in your hand (even after muliganing), and if your opponent opens with electrabuzz and goes first, you're toast. Gust of wind also doesn't really belong in the deck either, as you can K.O. any pokemon in 2 turns (and most of them in 1!). 32 energy in also way too many. With all those Oaks and Bills, you should have no problem getting hold of 5 Energy. This is my raindance deck. It's still being playtested, but so far it's held it's own, and is beating a lot of the top decks (like Haymaker/Psi Fi/etc.): Pokemon (14) 4 Squirtle 4 Blastoise 4 Chancey 2 Doduo Trainers (26) 4 Professor Oak 4 Bill 4 Computer Search 4 Pokemon Breeder 2 Item Finder 2 Pokemon Trader 4 PlusPower 2 Super Potion Energy (20) 20 Water Energy The energy maybe a little low (it's still being playtested). The PlusPowers are there so that Blastoise can K.O. Electrabuzz (and another Fighting pokemon that seems to be around a lot ;) ) with 5 energy. The super potions are to keep your blastoise alive if your opponent has a lot of electric pokemon. Anyway, give it a go, and see how you find it!
