Pokemon deck: Psychic-Blue

The Psychic-Blue deck was thrown together out of some Japanese Pokemon cards, 
the remaints of a Blackout pre-constructed deck, and some other cards I had around.
	The breakdown is below:

	Balastoise (Stage 2 Evolution), Level 52 x1 (Japanese)
	Poliwag, Level 13 x3
	Poliwhril (Stage 1 Evolution), Level 28 x2
	Poliwrath (Stage 2 Evolution), Level 48 x2
	Squirtle, Level 8 x4
	Wartorle (Stage 1 Evolution), Level 22 x2
	Water Energy x14

	Colorless:

The Psychic-Blue is a general play deck. The main way the deck 
wins is to either: 1) Evolve to Poliwrath or Balastorise; or 2) Get one 
of the three Mewtwos out. Ounce either is going, start unloading the damage. 
The Mewtwos also serves as a good stall tactic if the deck runs into a snag.
