This is my deck tip: ! Tips on good tourney deck building! 1. Play with a precontructed deck a few times to get the feel on raw power in your hands. 2. Keep un-decked cards in a notebook in the card sleeve pages. Easier to access when you decide to start to build. 3. Go to a tourney before hand to learn what the other decks are. Use common sense in picking colors. Whatever is strongest in tourneys. 4. Get as many of each card as possible. The more you have, the better deck choices you have. 5. Never build one deck for a tourney. Build several and pick what to use at tourney. 6. Don't be scared to have lots of basic Pokemon. Alone, many of them pack a good punch. 7. In most cases, stores run out of decks real fast. Parents are a great asset on school days. Make a shopping list and send em' off. 8. Water is okay, but Electric and psycic are better. NO FIRE OR FIGHTING PLEASE! 9. Go for it man. Who cares if you look stupid yanking out a big monster early. Your winning right. 10. Never let your pokemon get knocked out. Even if your evolving another. Its a waste of pokemon and that knocked out pokemon could have been evolved too. >From Blastoise
