Hi there. Today I watched someone make a mistake so I thought I'd write you
about it. You see he had a squirtle out. I had a poliwraith out with 5
energy. Poliwraith could kill it in one hit. He had a Wartortle and a
Blastoise in his hand. Even though he didn't have the energy to power up the
attacks of Wartortle Wartortle had higher HP and wouldn't die. So here is my
strategy based on that scenario. You
 all figure that chansey is good for stalling but why aren't other
pokemon???? Let's say you have a bulbasaur on your bench with no energy on
it. You have a squirtle and 4 water energy in your hand. You also have an
Ivysaur Venusaur wartortle and blastoise in your hand. you have an almost
dead Weedle out. Evolve the Bulbasaur into Venusaur and put it out and use
that as your stalling Pokemon while you charge up Blastoise. This sacrafices
a Pokemon but then you can kick butt with your Blastoise. Only do this if
you have 4 or less prize cards left and your opponent has more that 1.
