Mr. Judd ONLY looks at certain aspects of each color.  

If you write an article like this, YOU MUST BE IMPARTIAL 
and show ALL the strengths and weaknesses for EVERY color... 

He doesn't mention how LAME every blue basic is....  

I would take any electric basic over blue basics any day...and HE 
says how much electric sucks!   Apparently he hasn't seen anyone 
play w/electabuzz.....  :)
