This is a response to  Japanese Versions of Pokemon Cards by Rache 

I would like to quickly clear up the fact that the Japanese sets AND 
the American sets are actually going to be EXACTLY the same.  It is 
true that the foils are not ultra rares, as in america, but the foil 
is STILL holographic. 

Right now, america ONLY has the basic set.  This is the identical set 
that came out in Japan about 3-4 years ago.  the only reason Japan has 
so much more boosters and pokemon to pick from is because over the 
past 3 or so years, Japan has come out with expansions, like Wizards 
has so successfully done with magic (and dont get me ranting and 
raving about THAT subject:)

I do have the ability to get the entire card list spoilers for almost 
every japanese set (which will eventually come out in america)  If 
anyone has a question on which pokemon is in which set, i would be 
happy to do my best to find out.
