I have the most simplest way to get past a Mulligan Mewtwo deck. All you need is a 
Poliwhirl. Use Amnesia and the Mewtwo can't use Barrier next turn, you could try 
and use poliwhirl's attack next turn or just retreat him and use a pokemon who's 
attacks always work.
