Alex Polson Many people have overlooked what seems to be an obvious power of Mewtwo. When I first got Mewtwo, I looked at it and immediately took it out of my deck. A few weeks later, I battled my brother in some matches. One of them had a Mewtwo in his deck. He retreated his Raichu to send out what I thought was a pretty pathetic card. I sent out my Blastoise to defeat Mewtwo in a single hit. My brother used his barrier attack. After drawing energy for several turns, [I had 10 energy cards by this time] He finally used Mewtwo`s psychic, and, since Mewtwo does 10+ damage, Mewtwo knocked Blastoise out! Another tactic for using Mewtwo is to deck your opponent, but, as noted in a different article that reported how Mewtwo was used to often, this takes the fun out of the game and you need a lot of psychic energy to use it. I think that a deck with psychic pokemon in it is not really a killer deck without one or two Mewtwos in it.
