The current version of the Mewtwo deck does not require or even need the opponent to draw cards off your mulligans. Also the deck prefers to go first, in fact, to set up the lock before opponent can go off. It uses trainers such as Maintenence, which shuffles cards back into the draw pile, and Imposter Prof. Oak to reshuffle opponent if he has 6 or less cards (thus reducing opponent's draw pile) to help deck the opponent. And in Fossil, there are trainers that help the deck, such as Recycle. Imposter Prof. Oak is not a threat to the deck. There is not going to be a sideboard (DCI Pokemon Floor Rules), and no one is going to use Imposter Prof. Oak main deck. It's just not going to happen. It's a dead card against every other deck. Poliwag is not that good a solution, because if Poliwag uses Amnesia, then Poliwag will get killed by Mewtwo's Pyschic attack (which would deal at least 30 points of damage, and Poliwag has 60 HP). Two turns of Amnesia is very unstable, but maybe Rain Dance can solve that. The Mewtwo Deck 2 Mewtwo 3 Maintence 2 Imposter Prof. Oak 53 P. Energy -Bill "The sun is on fire!"
