Hey all you Pojoholics.  First thing's first, POJO ROCKS!  ok, this article
is about 2 of the new promo cards from "PokemontheFirstMovie".  These 2
awesome new cards are mewtwo and pikachu!  These cards (if you can find
enough) will be an awesome addition or replacement to your original electric
or psychic decks.  First here are the stats:

Mewtwo:
Hp:70
Attacks:
[P] Energy Absorption- Choose up to 2 energy cards from your energy pile and
attach them to Mewtwo
[1PP](1PP) Psyburn- 40
Weakness: Psychic
Resistance: none
Retreat:2
Weakness: Psychic

Pikachu:
Hp:50
Attacks:
[L]Recharge- Search your deck for a (L) Energy card and attach it to
Pikachu. Shuffle your deck afterward.
[LLL]Thunderbolt- 50: Discard all Energy on Pikachu in order to use this
attack.
Retreat: 1
Weakness: Fighting

Mewtwo:  This new mewtwo is twice, if not 3 times as better than the
original mewtwo.  sure you can argue, mewtwo is for defense but think, would
it be fun to mulligan all day?  no.  This card gives psychic a major boost
in offense. it's attacks are like scyther of the psychic type.  you attach
an energy to mewtwo and absorb energy.  then on the second turn deal a flat
out 40 damage.  This card may even be better than jynx.  another thing, it's
retreat is down to 2 instead of 3 which makes it an even more offensive
type.  All in all, this card gives psychic a lot better chance in a slugfest
which most damage swap decks will run into with the arrival of fossil.

Pikachu:  This new pikachu is probably one of the best pikachu's in the tcg
game, even when other expansions come out.  Most decks that use raichu
almost never get raichu out because pikachu usually gets gusted out and
jabbed to death or it is too wimpy to fight.  well with this pikachu's new
attacks, people will have second thoughts on gusting it out.  If you start
off with pikachu and give it 1 energy to start with, it's just like giving
it 2 lighting energies in 1 turn.  that means on the second turn pika is
out, it can deliver a crushing 50 damage.  think about this pikachu vs a
blastoise.  even though it has to discard all energies attached to it, in 2
turns, it can do another 50 damage OR retreat and bring out another pokemon.
This pokemon also has another good point, it will be a great energy server
to raichu, before it evolves.  If people find enough, this pikachu will be
replacing all the old pikachu's in a flash.

The other 2 promo cards are Electabuzz and Dragonite.  Without a doubt,
electabuzz is way worst than the original.  on the other hand, i dont know
about dragonite since im not a big fan of dragonite and has never played
against it

Electabuzz:
Hp: 60
Attacks:
[L]Light Screen- Whenever an attack does damage to Electabuzz (after
applying Weakness and Resistance) during your opponents next turn, that
attack only does half the damage to Electabuzz (rounded down to the nearest
10). (Any other effects of attacks still happen.)
[1L]Quick Attack- 10+: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage
plus
Weakness: Fighting
Retreat: 2

Dragonite:
Hp: 90
Pokemon Power:  Special Delivery: Once during your turn (before you attack),
you may draw a card. If you do choose a card from your hand and put it on
the top of your deck. This power cannot be used if Dragonite is Asleep,
Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack:
[3]Supersonic Flight- 60: Flip a coin. If tails this attck does nothing.
Resistance: Fighting -30
Retreat: 2

Electabuzz: Compared to the old Electabuzz, this new one is absolutely
useless to replace with the original buzz.  It has less hp and it's attacks
aren't good.  lightscreen is OK but quickattack is pure crap.  If they made
electabuzz's attacks and hp so bad, why didn't they lower the retreat cost
and weakness!

Dragonite:  No comment, im not a dragonite fan and have never played 1
before.

Sorry if this took so long, and please post this pojo cuz it took me a long
time to write.
Send all your comments to me, Roger the Haymaker at r_kiang68@hotmail.com
Thanks.
