First off, I did not misspell testimonial. This is my 2 bits about Pokémoms. Allow you to get a feel for me: I am a DCI lvl 4 judge. I am 21. I help organize Pokémon Tourneys at Toys R' Us. (Don't as why, But it's a great place to host them, many kids play. We had 132 play last Saturday.) There are 2 judges, Melissa and I. Ages range from 7 to 38. OK, I read the Pokémoms article and thought, oh my gosh, I am gonna succumb to this fate... So to counteract this, I made a PokéParents area. Little did I know that the parents who went to the area didn't know how to play. The parents who played usually (almost always) MOVED their game aside their kid. I had several reports of this mom who (oh man...) Would get up from her game and help her son who really didn't need it. I finally told her to not help her son, and she picked up her cards, told her son to concede and THEY LEFT. The mother wanted to complain about how elders were beating her kid because he had sucky cards, but as I had observed earlier, the mother had 3 charizards and a bunch of other holograms. OI. I kindly escorted the mother away, while the 4 games I watched were waiting. . . THEN, when I was gone, Havoc ensued because someone had told the PokéParents that I had kicked a child from the game because the mother had played too. Those kids' parents and kids left too. At the end of the tourney, had 75 people. POKÉMOMS SUCK!!! I Wish I could tell every parent that played to STAY AWAY FROM THIER KIDS!! Thank you for your time. And please, If you or a loved one is victimized by a Pokémom, FIGHT BACK! I LOVE YOU MOM! ~Sicarius Dracus
