Dear Pojo,
Pleez post this.  This is my opinion about Lugia the Neo card.  I think this
might be the best POKeMON card in the Neo set.  Let us look at the stats.

Height: 5.2 m.
Weight:216 kg.

HP 90
Weakness- Pyschic
Resistance- Fighting
Retreat- Two

Attack- 3 energies( lightning,water,fire)
Damage 90
Reads- Discard one Lightning, Fire, Water energy to use this attacking.

    Opinion-   I think this is a GREAT card.  It has the retreat cost of 2
which is pretty reasonable because all the other birds have them.  It is not
bad.  His HP is 90 which is a very high amount of HP for a basic POKeMON. 
Great!!! His attack does 90 damage for 3 energies.  That is TERRIFIC.  The
downside, after attacking, you have to discard the energies.  

    My rating- 7.5 I would of gave it higher but his attack, he has to
discard.  It should be 6.5 but since he is my favorite, it give him a extra
point. :)
