Well, Team Rocket is upon us this Easter Sunday. I got a few packs for
easter, and got the whole Char line. This is how I think they would be played
best. Please post this, Pojo.

Charmander: 40 HP
Weakness: Water
Retreat:1
Pokemon Power: Gather Fire. Once during your turn, before you attack you can
move a fire energy from another of your pokemon to charmander. Can't be used
when Charmander is asleep, confused, or paralyzed.
Attack: Fire Tail. (F) 20

This is an interesting little guy. Nice attack, 1 energy for 20. But like all
Rocket pokemon, this guy has low HP. But his power sets up for his
evolutionary stages. Late in  the game, move fire energy from a dying pokemon
to charmander and put a fire energy from your hand on him. Repeat that until
you have around 5 on him. Yes, I said 5

Dark Charmeleon: 50 HP
Retreat 2
Weakness: Water
Attacks: (C)(C) Tail Slap:20
(F)(F)(F) Fireball: 70. Use this attack if there are any fire energy cards
attached to Dark Charmeleon. Flip a coin, if heads, discard one of those
energy cards. If tails, the attack does nothing

I really don't like this guy. low HP and high retreat cost make this one easy
to kill. Breeder past it if possible. If you have the 5 or so energy on the
Charmander like I said from above, you can risk Fireball or Tail Slap until
you get...

Dark Charizard
80 hp
3 Retreat
Weakness: Water
Attacks: (C) Tail Whip 10
(F)(F) Continuous Fireball. 50x
Flip a number of coins equal to the number of (F) energy on Dark Charizard.
Each heads does 50 damage to the defending pokemon. For each heads, discard
one (F) energy card.

This guy's pretty good. Low attack and high retreat like most rocket cards
sucks. If you kept a bunch of energy on him, Continuous Fireball can wreak
havoc. You'll only need heads 3 times to KO any pokemon! Nail Flick can take
care of those nasty Mr. Mimes, or if your short on energy.

I think this line won't see much tourney play. It relies too much on coin
flips and discarding energy. But I could be wrong.
