I like this card. It supplies two great attacks for only one grass energy.
Lets take a look.

TR Oddish HP50
Attacks:
1G Sleep Powder: The defending pokemon is now asleep.
1G Poison Powder: The defending pokemon is now poisoned.
Retreat 1 Weakness Fire

Now, at first glance this card doesn't look so good, but after playing it,
you might see something interesting. #1, I hate those decks that only start
out with one basic out, and this takes care of that. They start with
hitmonchan, you start with oddish. Oddish uses poison powder, 10 poison
damage. Opponent finds oddish as an easy target and uses jab, 20 damage on
both now. Then oddish uses sleep powder. Hitmonchan takes another 10 poison
damage. Flips tails for sleep. Another 10 poison damage, 40 total. Sleep
powder again, 50 total damage. Hitmonchan flips heads and gets another jab
off. 40 damage to oddish, 60 on hitmonchan. End your turn and himtonchans
gone.
This works with many off the game's quick pokemon such as electabuzz and
magmar. Add a scoop up or potion and oddish can easily take these guys down.
This is why I think status effects are very strong, and i just wanna say that
the best deck idea is a deck that focuses on pure status effects. That means
koffing, oddish, and Venomoth. Its fun to see your opponent squirm while he's
poisoned and confused.
