It's me Shaun again, on another Porygon (my favorite Pokemon) evaluation.
This time I'm going to go over Sabrina's Porygon.  This one may or may not
be better than the Original and Rocket's, but I suppose we need to go over
the card before we can decide that.

Porygon
HP: 40
Type: Colorless
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1C
C Become Pointy: 10 damage
CC Force Field Tackle: 20 damage.  If the defending Pokemon does damage to
this Pokemon on your opponent's next turn, that damage is reduced by 10.

Evaluation:
No "change weakness or resistance", without that, Porygon isn't as useful
as he was in TR and Original.  However, Force Field Tackle is great against
Psychic types, combined with his resistance gives him minus 40 damage for
Psychic types.  The 20 damage that he does with the 2nd attack is also
resonable.  His HP is OK, and his Retreat Cost is good too.  But I can't
talk much more, or I won't be able t rate him.

Point Value from 1-10:
S. Porygon: 6.3
