I was reading some of the other sugestions today and a thought occored.  I
was reading that Mew's "Devolution Beam" and Arodactyl's "Prehistoric Power"
work well together, except for the fact that you can't evolve any of your
pokemon ether.  Well if you add "Goop Gas Attack" than you can evolve your
own pokemon.  Unfortunately this lets your opponent evolve again, but that
can be taken care of with another "Devolution Beam."
