First of all, I would like to point out Fighting has Hitmonchan, Electric has
Electabuzz, but then what does fire have?

if the defending pokemon attacks during your opponent's turn, he/she flips a
coin.
if tails, that attack does nothing.
FF      Smog                20
flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is now poisened.

Look at that................
Smokescreen deals damage, and has a defensive ability in one!
Smog deals nice (gets under Mr. mime) damage, and can poison!
on top of that, nothing has resistance to fire, so then no more problems with
fighting through resistance!

1 retreat!  Wow!  Get it in, deal some damage, get out just as fast.

And with energy and super energy removals all over the place, we need someone
with cheap attacks.
