What makes it so powerful is Fling. For 3 fighting and 1 colorless, you can "clean"  your opponents bench. Together with Hitmonchan and a few Plus Powers, this card can become a nightmare to your opponent. All you need to do is send everybody to where they came from and then kill the last guy!

    Ok, it's HP is not very good, 70 is very low to a 2nd stage. And it's retreat cost could be lower. Mega Punch is not bad. 2 fighting, 30 damage. Still it is one of my favorite cards, and when I get 4 of them I'll just "clean" everybody who dares to challenge me!!!
 
    A very good strategy is to first paralyze and poison the active pokemon, and then use Fling. If Machamp doesn't faint first, you don't even need to touch the last pokemon!!!

    In my opinion, this and many other TR's pokemon will change your life! Prepare for trouble, make it double!!!  :)
