I have come to discuss the awsome power of lickitung.  Here's a quick look at
what this card does:

Lickitung
Colorless-90 HP
Uncommon
(1 Colorless)Tongue Wrap(10 damage)-flip a coin, if heads, the defending
pokemon
   is now paralyzed
(2 Colorless)Supersonic(No damage)-Flip a coin, if heads, the defending
pokemon is
   now confused.
Weakness-Fighting
Resistance-Psychic
Retreat-3

Okay, obviously the usefulness of this pokemon depends on coin flips.
That's acceptable, as many, many other pokemon's attacks rely on coin flips.
First of all, I thought I'd let you know I beat an entire Raindance deck with
one Lickitung.  I did not have a coin that always flipped heads either.
Let's look at the first attack, it's basically a good attack.  Usually, 1
colorless energy for 1 damage is "fair".  But this also provides paralyisis
chance.  This makes it an acceptable attack.  Another thing about this attack
is that not to many colorless pokemon paralyze.
Now for the 2nd attack, which I think is much better.  First of all, just
pack in some double colorlesses and comp. searches and you can choose which
attack you want to use first turn.  This makes this attack's cost not to much
of an issue.  Secondly, confusion attacks are never on colorless pokemon.
Thirdly, confusion is an AWSOME status change.  It screws with your
opponent's mind, makes them think twice about attacking, which totally sucks
for them.
Okay, now for the HP.  90 HP is 2nd best for a basic, tied with onix, and
2nd only to Chansey.  No problems here.
The retreat is extremely high for a basic.  Don't retreat him unless you
REALLY need to, I mean, his retreat is higher than his attacks!  His 90 HP
makes up for this, you should get your worth out of it before it dies.
Normal Fighting weakness and psychic resistance, be careful against
hitmonchan and hitmonlee.

WELL, that's it.
