Miles: Hello once more. Well, lets go to another Team Rocket card to
analyze-Dark Wartortle. Some like him, some hate him. Lets look at the stats:

Dark Wartortle   Evolves from Squirtle  60HP

Attacks- 1 Water- Doubleslap-
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.

1 Water, 1 Colorless-Mirror Shell-
If an attack does damage to Dark Wartortle during your opponents next
turn(even if Dark Wartortle is knocked out), Dark Wartortle attacks the
Defending Pokemon for an equal amount of damage.

Weakness- Lightning                   Resistance- None        Retreat Cost-
1

Well, in my personal opinion, Dark Wartortle bites. Hes basically a less
useful version of Base Set Poliwhirl. Doubleslap is OK for the energy cost,
but it would be better on a basic(and its risky). Mirror Shell is also a bad
attack. Some may look at it as a Mirror Move with a different name. However,
there's a BIG CATCH. Mirror Move-(The kind Pidgeotto and Spearow have) deals
damage equal to what was done to them on your opponents last turn. However,
Mirror Shells damage comes from the damage done on your opponents NEXT TURN.
So, when Mirror Shell is used, any knowlegable player would Gust another
Pokemon up to attack, or just not attack Dark Wartortle at all. Overall, if
you are going to use Dark Blastoise in a deck, be sure to use Pokemon Breeder
instead of Dark Wartortle.

See you later with more reviews.
