These are the cards that I think are the best.

10.Mr. mime-Great pokemon power but weak to pokemon
like Staru.
9.Alakazam-Hard to kill with his pokemon power.
8.Charizard-Use double Colorless energys for his
attack.
7.Hitmonchan-Good HP, 20 damage first turn
6.Aerodactyl-kills rain dance decks
5.Moltres-Center of the Wildfire deck
4.Gengar-move poison around.
3.Fossil Haunter-pokemon power Rules
2.Scyther-30 Damage 2 turn +30 more if you use Swords dance
1.BLASTOISE-center of rain dance and great attack.
