Chansey.
This little egg of luck is getting so popular.  We see him pop up accompanied with wigglytuff everywhere we go.  He is unstoppable.  Formerly used for damage swap and stall decks people have discovered he has a second move.  It may do 80 to him but its another move.  He has the highest HP a pokemon can have and he is a basic.  He is the wall in the game, he or she whichever you want to call it has an operation and carries it out.  The egg soaks up damage until it will no longer take anything, then deal 80 damage, overkilling itself.  This is very rewarding because you may have swapped some damage to it clearing off your mewtwo or alakazam and got rid of the chansey until you play the other one.  I love the look on players faces when chansey has 11 damage counters on it and you scoop him up.  Then putting it back on the table and saying "Chansey" like they do on the cartoon.  They get so annoyed by that.  I have had it done to me and I do not like it.  I spend 3 or 4 turns putting that damage there and for what - to see it all get scooped up to nothing.  But Chansey works good offensively as he does the way I just explained.  You scrunch for some turns while building up your hard hitters and then you send out your built up pokemon.  With one retreat cost he is manuverable also.  He isn't an immovable wall as we have all seen snorlax to be that sort of a pain.  Chansey will run right back to the safety of your bench whenever you becon(after you pay the fee of course).  What I am trying to say is that Chansey deserves an offensive chance.  Not just to be cooped up in stall and damage swap decks.  Shed some light on the egg pokemon that will bring everyone happiness.
