Here is a good card from Japanese Gym Leaders 1 set:

     Stage 1 Misty's Tentacruel
     70 HP    Type: W

Pokemon Power: Run Away and Hide
Use this when Tentacruel takes damage.
It takes damage, but is unaffected by other
affects. Select a benched Pokemon, and
exchange it with this card. Do not use this
power if this card is Asleep, Parylized, or
     Confused.

     WWCC Jellyfish Poison       30
Flip a coin. Head makes opponent
     Poisoned, and tails makes them
     confused.

     Weakness: L Retreat: (free)
     Rarity: H

I just got this translation from my manual.
I think Misty's Tentacruel is an awesome card. It has devastating
effects. It has a chance to do 40 damage + poison. That would total to 50
when your next turn comes. Basically, if you could do 30 or 50, you would do
an average of 40.
Also, this card can Confuse!  I cannot beleive it! Its Pokemon Power lets
it escape when hit, if not already affacted by status. It prevents a KO!
Also, this card is holographic. Thus, it looks cool.
Misty's Tentacruel is one of the best, probably. I think it is great.
Oh, but there is one disadvantage. It has Misty at the bottom. Oh well.
