Now, i know a lot of people think that putting a devolution spay in a deck
can be REALLY BAD.  And of course, it is most of the time.  But i have found
out that it works good in two types of decks.  Rain dance decks and damage
swap decks.  Why in Rain Dance decks?  Because let's say you have a deck with
just mainly all squirtles, wartortles, and blastoises, and lots of good
trainers to get them out.  Well, if your opponent has a mr. mime, then there
will be no way for you too kill it unless you have a ten or twenty damage
attack.  So then you use the devolution spray and get squirtle doing ten to
mr mime.  In damage swap decks, alakazam has a prietty bad attack for a stage
two evolution.  But if your opponent has used a gust of wind to get your
alakazam out as your active, use that devolition spray.  Kadabra's attack can
do fifty damage, and cost two psychic energy and an energy of any color,
rather than alakazams thirty for three psychic energy.  If you have a damage
swap deck, try taking out a couple of cards and put in two devolution sprays,
and try it!  If you have a rain dance deck, you can use the sprays or put in
a few lapras.  Well, im outta here!
