Ding-ding!
Welcome to Talon's Poké-vet!  I'm Talon, and I run this place.  Got a card
that you're not sure how to use?  Need deck advice?  You've come to the right
place!  Oh, hello.  You want a card examined?  Ok, hand it over.

*Talon picks up the card*

Ah. . Promo Meowth, also known as Cat Punch Meowth.  Nyuura, stats please?

A catlike Pokémon comes to the office computer and types in the information.
He hits a button, and a piece of paper comes out.

Nyuura: Ny-uu-ra!!!

What are you looking at me for?

Nyurra: Ny-ny-ny. . .

Yeah, I know I have the stats on the card. . . I just need it for. . . uh. .
. official use.  Yeah, that's it.

Nyuura: Nyuu.  *rolls his eyes* Ura!

Meowth
Basic Colorless Pokémon
50 HP
Lv. 13
CC: Cat Punch
Effect: Flip a coin.  If heads, this attack does 20 damage.  If tails, and if
your opponent has any benched Pokémon, he or she chooses one of them and this
attack does 20 damage to it. (Don't apply weakness or resistance for benched
Pokémon)
Weakness: F
Resistance: P (-30)
Retreat Cost: C
Promotional Card
#10

So, you want to know if Meowth is good. . .  Well, let's see his HP.  It's
50.  Same as Jungle Meowth.  50's okay for a basic.  It's not a Hitmonchan,
but you know. . . Well, he has the same HP as the Jungle one, and 10 more
than the Rocket one.  How bout his attacks?  All Meowths have an attack for
two colorless.  The Promo Meowth does 20 automatically, while the Jungle one
does 10 and the Rocket one has a 50-50 chance of doing 20 or nothing.  The
Promo Meowth is probably your best bet.  Meowth's weakness and resistance is
pretty average for a colorless Pokémon.  He's got the fighting weakness, so
you're dead if you're playing a Hitmonchan, but his psychic resistance can
really hurt big Psychic Pokémon like Promo Mewtwo.  His retreat cost is also
average.  What's bad about him?  He doesn't do an auto 20 to the active.  He
has a good chance of hurting your opponent's bench, but that's not what you'd
want if you need to dish out damage.  Here's something I don't really get
about him --- "Don't apply weakness or resistance for benched Pokémon?"  No
Pokémon have colorless weakness or resistance!  Even Porygon won't let you
change the resistance or weakness to colorless!  Strange. . . Well, to sum it
up - If you have to use a Meowth, this one's probably the best bet.  Nyuura,
give him back his card so I can ring up his bill.

Nyurra: Ny-ny-uuuuuu!  *sticks out his tounge*

What?  You're going to sell the Meowth?  Huh?  You say you're going to be
rich?  Well, you'll have to excuse me while I go get the card back.
Nyuura!!!!!
