HEy there Pojo (best site on earth!!)

  My name is Brunz and I have thought up of this combo while looking thorugh
some neo cards. It involves the ever-popular base blastoise (raindance, need
I say more?) and the japanese pokemon Rantaan. First here are its stats:

Rantaan     70HP
Evolves from Chonchii-Electric Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Hydro-Electric Power: This power can only be used when this
pokemon attacks with Dazzling Light. That attack does 10 more damage for
each W energy attached to this pokemon. This power cant be used if Rantaan
is asleep, confused or paralyzed.
LL Dazzling Light: 20
   Flip a coin. If heads, the defending pokemon is paralyzed.

Well, we all know Blastoise. This combo is pretty obvious. Just send all the
water energy to Rantaan with raindance and then do massive damage with
dazzling light, which can even paralyze! Of course there are a few problems,
like evolving and the two-kinds-of-energy requirement, but that can be done
by stalling a bit with Chansey or something, then scooping up or retreating
to rantaan to do massive damage! I this this is a great combo.
