Hey Pojo I visit your site everyday, and I hope you put this on your site.

Today, I'm looking at Dratini(TR) and Dark Dragonair.

Dratini(TR)
Basic
Colorless 40HP
Weakness: None Resistance: P -30 Retreat: C

Attacks:CC Wrap 10
Flip a coin. If heads,
the defending pokemon is paralyzed.

Now this card sucks in my opinion. It may have the same HP as base Dratini,
but 2 energy for a lame ten damage is unbearable. The only reason I would
ever use it would be for Dark Dragonair or Base Dragonair.
     I would give this card a 2.5 out of 10 just because of who it evolves
into.

Dark Dragonair
Stage one from Dratini
Colorless 60HP
Weakness: None Resistance: P -30 Retreat:CC

Pokemon Power: Evolutionary Light  Once during your turn (before your
attack), you may search your deck for an evolution card. Show it to your
opponent and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. This power
Can't be used if Dark Dragonair is asleep, confused, or paralyzed.

CC Tail strike 20+
 C     Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage plus 20 damage: If
tails, This attack does 20 damage.
   
    Much better. This version of Dragonair has less HP, but good for a stage
one. And it's pokemon power is awesome for anyone on the bench to evolve. His
power can evole himself, or help to turn whimpy pokemon like Magicarp(B) into
powerhouses like Gyradoses. Its kind of like a fighting breeder. Now his
attack isn't where his power is because it's casty energy wise, but when you
evolve into Dragonair(TR) your ready to go. I'll give it credit though,
becase it can do up to 40 damage, and can stall verve Mimes and Promo Mewtwos.
    I give this card a 7.5 for it's flexibility to go with any kind of deck
with evolutions in it.
 
Good Combo's:
    DK Dragonair with any 3 stage evo.(Can get it out fast)
    Dratini(TR)+Bosses Way
    DK Dragonair in a raindance or curse deck
