King Cobra: Well, Arbok is still freaked out from watching the Matrix, and I
need someone to help me write this article. Here's my Raichu to help me with
this comparison article.

Raichu: All of us here at King Cobra's place hate flipping coins and we also
hate the point system because we feel some attributes are more important than
others. OK, let's get started!

Raichu (fossil)
Type: Lightning
HP: 90 HP
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance:  none
Retreat:     1 colorless

Attack:     Gigashock for 4 electric energy
                Does 30 damage
Choose 3 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon and this attack does
10
damage to each of them. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for
Benched Pokemon.)  If your opponent has fewer than 3 Benched
Pokemon, do the damage to each of them.

What We Think
King Cobra: This guy has the highest HP out of any of the Raichus we
currently have. I like this attack the most because it requires no coin
flipping at all. As I have said before, if you have attacks that don't rely
on chance to succeed, then you have a considerable edge on your opponent.

Raichu: This is our favorite Raichu card because of the reliability of its
attacks. No coin flipping at all! Take note that all the Raichus are rare,
stage 1 evolutions, and have 1 retreat cost. Next card!

Dark Raichu
Type: Lightning
HP: 70
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance:  none
Retreat:     1 colorless

Attack:       Surprise Thunder for 3 electric energies.
               Does 30 damage
Flip a coin.  If heads, flip another coin.  If the second coin
is
heads, this attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's
Benched Pokemon.  If the second coin is tails, this attack does
10
damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.  (Don't apply
              Weakness and Resistance for

What We Think
King Cobra: This relies on 2 coin flips! First you need to flip a heads. If
you flip a heads the first time, you opponent is messed up because you will
hurt him no matter what. The second coin flip decides on how much damage the
attack does. I normally hate coin flips, but this is a sweet attack. It does
30 damage, like Fossil Raichu, and it will do at least 10 damage to each of
your opponent's benched fighters, maybe 20! The 70 HP is bad, but the more I
look at this guy, the more I like him!

Raichu: Well, we have decided that the Dark Raichu is a little better than
the fossil one in terms of attacks. OK, he's a lot better! Cobra, we really
need this guy in our deck!

King Cobra: That we do.

(King Cobra and Raichu turn and start to leave. A bright flash occurs, and
they are gone.)
