Hi. I would like to talk about the team rocket dark dragonair. In case you don't have the card, here is an overview:

 

Dark Dragonair        Evolves from dratini    60hp  Colorless

Pokemon power: evolutionary light  

Once during your turn (before you attack), you may search your deck for an evolution card. Show it to your opponent and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. This power can't be used if dark dragonair if asleep, confused, or paralyzed.

 Tail strike:20+

Flip a coin. If heads this attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage; if tails, this attack does 20 damage.

Weakness: None

Resistance: Psychic

Retreat: 2

Rarity: uncommon

 

Now, doesn't this solve some evolution problems. Oh my, I need a blastoise, what am I gonna do?? Use evolutionary light. This card can also hold its own by itself. It has no weakness, so you don't have to worry about a 1 hit ko unless your opponent is carrying 4 pluspowers before metagame. With a 50% chance of doing 40 damge, this card can ko alot of basic and some evoltuions in 1~3 blows, depending on your flipping luck and cercumstance. Add that to the fact that no pokemon so far can resist colorlss, this card is a pretty good addition to almost any evolution deck.
