Here's the stats for Dk. Hypno:

Dark Hypno
Type:        Stage 1 -- from Drowzee
Psychic HP:          60 HP
P        Psypunch  (20)
1PP    Bench Manipulation  (20x)
Your opponent flips a number of coins equal to the number of
Pokemon on his or her Bench.  This attack does 20 damage times the
number of tails.  Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for this
attack.  (Any other effects that would happen after applying
              Weakness and Resistance still happen.)
Weakness:    P
Resistance:  none
Retreat:     2

In all the fuss over Team Rocket pokemon, Dark Hypno got kinda left out.
At first, people tried to use him as a Wigglytuff counter until realizing
that the big balloon was resistant to psychic, and Hypno would, even with the
luckiest coinflip in the world, be unable to kill wiggly with ease.  That
combined with 60 HP, Wiggly's maximum damage, totally killed most hopes Hypno
would ever have of seeing daylight.  However, there are other ways of
maximizing his Bench Manipulation attack.  One of the ways uses a trainer we
all loathed drawing back when Base set was all the rage.  Yes, I'm talking
about the dreaded pokemon flute.  During the late game, once you've knocked
out a few of your opponent's pokemon, bring out a fully-loaded Dk. Hypno,
then Flute up a full bench.  This works particularly well against evolution
decks, as most of the basics will be rather weak.  Then, bench manipulation
the defending pokemon out, then repeat.  This could very well revive two
previously useless cards.
