Hi, Wuzzup? It's Anonymous Fire again and today I have a strategy for you on the ultimate card combo ever, Base Set Raticate plus Base Set Jynx. I'm sure everyone knows what they do, so let's get down to business.

Raticate's Super Fang attack takes away 1/2 of their Hit Points, and then Jynx's Meditate attack, does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for every damage counter on them(Ouch!). Or if you prefer Mr. Mime to Jynx, use him instead(as they both have the Meditate attack that comboes well with Super Fang.This combo can be very useful against Haymaker decks. Here's the Anti-Haymaker Slamfest deck that uses this combo:

28 Psychic Energy

  4 Rattata(2 Base Set and 2 Rocket)(Base Set to hit hard and Rocket to hit a little hard and toy with your prizes and deck)

  3 Raticate(Base Set)(Super Fang)

  4 Jynx(Base Set)(to combo with Raticate and knock 'em dead, except a psychic-resistant Poke'mon, and even then... Say Goodbye!)

  3 Mr. Mime(Jungle)(to stall and also to combo with Raticate)

  2 Mankey(Jungle)(to combo with Rocket Rattata to get everything going)

  3 Dratini(Rocket)(no comment, just to evolve)

  2 Dragonair(Base Set)(Hyper Beam creates a total lockdown)

  1 Dragonite(Movie Promo)(combo with Rocket Rattata and Jungle Mankey)

  2 Poke'dex(completes the Rocket Rattata plus Mankey plus Dragonite combo)

  4 Bill(to get your newly exchanged card)

  1 Here Comes Team Rocket!(in case Mankey gets Knocked Out, you have something better to complete the combo)

  3 Professor Oak(just in case...)

This might sound like a deck report, but it's not. This deck is the greatest way I know to create a total lockdown for Haymaker decks. Although the Here Comes Team Rocket! is just scary. Do not use it unless Mankey gets KOed. Any questions, my e-mail address is keane.fam@rcn.com.
