I think Pokedex is a much more useful card than people think it is.  It
allows you to look at the top five cards in your draw pile and rearrange them
in any order you'd like.  While only being able to rearrange five cards may
not sound like much, it can be.  A lot can happen in five turns.  If you're
in big trouble, you may not be alive long enough to get the fifth card. 
Pokedex also helps your speed.  In a Rainmaker deck for example, Pokedex can
be the difference between a second turn Blastoise and a sixth turn Blastoise.
 If you're desperate for Energy, Pokedex can help there too, by allowing you
to put Energy cards closer to the top.  Finally, Pokedex can help even if the
card you need isn't in the top five cards.  How?  After looking at them and
realizing it's not there, play any Trainer that allows you to shuffle your
deck.  Two examples are Computer Search and Prof. Oak.  Without a doubt,
