Hello fellow Pojo fans,
I am Rocketboss the (not so) famous astronomical maniac reporting from space station Journey-er(get my hint?). I know this card has been through a lot of fame, but I thought I could write about a great usage of blastoise in a deck.

Blastoise is a great card in a modified water blast theme deck.  I have seen it being used by beginning trainers in tournaments around the country.  Of course its most popular use is in the Raindancer deck.  I have used it in almost all  my water type decks, and it has done well. Why, and how?  well the main thing is it's pokemon power:Raindancer. It lets you attach another water energy to a water card, besides the one you can attach on each turn, giving Blastoise an easy powerup for water gun users such as Vaporeon.  A lot of trainers overlook the fact that you can attach the energy to Blastoise himself, giving HIM a powerup to his stronger version of water gun, hydro pump.  Some Pokemon leagues(such as mine) ban the use of blastoise's power in trainer to trainer duels, meaning the only official use is in gym battles.  Well I know a lot of people will disagree, and alot will do just the opposite.  <<TRANSMISSION END>
