Although Gym pokemon have all sorts of neat attacks, the trainers are also
unique, and often plenty deadly.  For instance, Sabrina's ESP (that's its
name according to Edo), can really increase your chances with coin-flipping
pokemon, as long as they are Sabrina pokemon.  Here's the card (translation
according to Edo).

Sabrina's ESP
Type:  Trainer
Effect:  Attach this card to 1 of your Sabrina Pokemon.  Discard
this card at the end of your turn.
When the attached Sabrina Pokemon attacks, you may flip the
coins again, and apply the result again.

This basically doubles the coinflips and the potential damage.  As there are
a lot of Sabrina's Pokemon with deadly attacks (as long as you pass the
coinflip), this card will be indispensible in decks centered around these
pokemon.  Chances are, the final damage done will easily get around
resistance.  Here are a few combos utilizing this card:

Sabrina's ESP+Sabrina's Kadabra+Pluspower

    Kadabra's Stats (from Edo):
    Sabrina's Kadabra
Type:  Stage 1 Psychic Pokemon (Evolves Sabrina's Abra)
    LV.41     HP 70
    P:   Life Down
Effect:  Flip a coin.  If heads, put enough damage counters on
the Defending Pokemon so that it has only 10 HP remaining.
    PCC:   Psyshot:   30
    -C        Retreat       P         Weakness
    No. 064 (Uncommon)

This combination abuses Kadabra's first attack, Lifedown.  With the use of
PlusPower, it results in being 50% chance of knocking out ANY POKEMON (except
Mime, agilitied, and other pokemon affected by previous attacks for only ONE
ENERGY!!!  Sabrina's ESP raises that chance to 75%.  Just plain deadly combo.

Sabrina's ESP+Sabrina's Haunter (Lv. 20)+Challenge!

    Haunter's Stats (from Edo):
    Sabrina's Haunter
Type:  Stage 1 Psychic Pokemon (Evolves from Sabrina's Gastly)
    LV.20     HP 50
    PP:   Night Spirits:   30x
Effect:  Flip a coin for each of your own Sabrina's Gastly,
Sabrina's Haunter and Sabrina's Gengar.  This attack does 30
damage times the number of heads.
     Retreat: None
     Weakness: None
    Resistance- Fighting(Damage -30)
    No. 093 (Uncommon)

Once again, Just plain lethal.  Once Haunter has the energy requirement, play
Challenge!-you get either 3 Sabrina's Gastly for your bench or two new cards.
Play Sabrina's ESP, then watch your opponent weep as you flip coin after
coin after coin.  Max damage is 240 (excluding weakness and resistance) for
one S's ESP, and no weakness or retreat cost make 50 HP look less
devastating.  Anyway, this combo is a little like Viagra (AKA TuffStuff AKA
WigglyWave) but requires a little more deck planning to maximize damage
capability.

Sabrina's Hypno+(Any Bench Damaging Pokemon)+Sabrina's ESP

    Hypno's Stats (from Edo):
    Sabrina's Hypno
    Type:  Stage 1 Psychic Pokemon
    LV.31     HP 70
    P:   Revive
Effect:  Choose a Basic Pokemon from your discard pile or your
opponent's discard pile, and put it on that player's Bench.
Put damage counters on that Pokemon equal to half of that
        Pokemon's HP (round down).
    PP:   Pendulum Curse:   20x
Effect:  Flip a coin for each damage counter on the Defending
Pokemon.  This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.
    -CC      Retreat
    P        Weakness
    No. 97 (Uncommon)

Okay, revive may be nice, but the attack here is Pendulum Curse.  The plan is
to use a bench killer (Fossil or Dark Raichu, Fossil Zapdos,  Dark Arbok, or
Fossil Gengar to name a few) then Drop down a Sabrina's ESP then Pendulum
Curse them into oblivion.  Pendulum Curse will deal approximately twice the
damage on the defending pokemon with ESP attached.  It isn't as reliable as
meditate, but chances are, it will do more damage a majority of the time.
Beware of Damage Swap or pokemon center, as a pokemon with no damage will
take NO damage from pendulum curse.

Sabrina's Venomoth+Alakazam (Base)+Sabrina's ESP

    Venomoth's Stats (from Edo):
    Sabrina's Venomoth
Type:  Stage 1 Grass Pokemon (Evolves from Sabrina's Venonat)
    LV.24     HP 60
    G:   Recovery Powder
Effect:  Flip 3 coins.  For each heads, remove 1 damage counter
from this Pokemon and each of your Benched Pokemon.
    P:   Hallucination Ray:   10
Effect:  Flip 2 coins.  If at least 1 is heads, the Defending
        Pokemon is now Confused.
          Retreat: none
         Weakness: Fire
         Resistance: Fighting(Damage -30)
    No. 049 (Rare)

This combo is centered around recovery powder.  Use Alakazam's Damage Swap to
evenly spread damage on your own pokemon, slap down ESP, then Recovery Powder
it right off.  Chances are, at least 3 damage counters will be removed from
each pokemon, a total of 180 damage.  Hallucination ray is also nice, and
does just fine without ESP.  Not the most deadly combo, but maybe in a stall
deck.

Well, that's all for now, although I'm sure there's a lot more you can do
with this unique trainer.
