Team Rocket's Mewtwo's 2nd and 3rd attacks do not say confusion and psychic. Here's the full translation:

 Basic Poke'mon

   Team Rocket's Mewtwo           70 HP

P: Change Damage

Flip a coin. If heads, exchange all damage counters on Team Rocket's Mewtwo with those on the Defending Poke'mon.

PP: Hypnotic Wave 20

Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Poke'mon is now Asleep.

PPPC: Psyburn  60

Weakness:P  Resistance:None  Retreat Cost:CC

 

I also recall you saying that Team Rocket's Mewtwo was the only Psychic Poke'mon capable of doing 60 damage without PlusPowers. This is not true. Sabrina's Alakazam can also do 60 damage without PlusPowers(only it can't do it every turn like TR's Mewtwo can.

 

  Let me tell you, I am not bashing the card. I agree that it's a very useful card, and that it comboes well with a Sabrina's Alakazam(the Psylink power can be used when you can't attack with Mega Burn, you can use Psyburn).
