Scyther vs Kangashkhan,  what type of comparison is that.  What are you
going to come up with next?  Scyther vs Magikarp?  I just want to tell
you my 2 cents about the Scyther and Kangashkhan.

1)Resistance: Fighting or Psychic? What would I rather stop, Hitmonchan
or ANY Psychic. What is the main purpose of psychic decks? To STALL!  I
will admit that non-stall psychic decks are making a comeback(I use one
myself) but Kangashkhan just isn't a good fighter. Haymakers have been
around since the beginning of the TCG.

2) Retreat Cost:  Three or none?  That three energy to retreat
Kangashkhan is three turns to power up another Pokemon.  Not having to
attach any extra energy could save or lose a game.(That happened to one
of my friends before,  He lost.)  Any Pokemon with a free retreat goes
up a value of one on my "Scale of Goodness".

3) Energy Value:  Have you ever noticed that colored energy is supposed
to do more?  It was supposed to be that way.  And how many times have
you flipped all for heads for comet punch?  Probably lower than the age
of my sister!  Coin flips are BAD!!!(As is Scyther.[Do realize that that
was sarcasm])

4) Roles:  Let's keep the roles of these Pokemon to what they were
supposed to be.  Scyther, attack.  Kangashkhan, stall and draw. (If
you're really desperate to attack.)

Closing:  I have never had the opprutunity of using Scyther.  I started
out with an Energy denial Grass/water deck.  Then I moved to and stuck
with an attacking psy deck. I hate to say it to you Dragonfire5 but
Scyther kicks some rear-end.
