Lapras vs. Kangaskhan

I wanted to post an article about the use of Lapras
vs. Kangaskhan in a Raindance deck vs. psychic sponge
or Psychic Mime. Everyone says that Lapras should be
used and I agree but everyone mislooks Kangaskhan. So
let's break it down. Lapras can water gun with 1-3
Energy and do 10-30 damage. Confuse Ray is great also.
Now, against a psychic deck, Lapras can take down a
Mr. Mime but has a little trouble against those
sponges, unless he confuses and Promo Mewtwo hits
itslef for 40 damage. Anyways, it is a water and can
be Rain Danced. Now to Kangaskhan. Lapras is usually
for against Mr. Mime but Kangaskahn has a resistance
to Mr. Mime and can draw a card a turn. Once he is
built up with 4 energy, he can keep flipping until he
does 20 damage, then another to KO Mr. Mime. Though he
isn't as good of a Mime stopper, he helps aginst promo
mewtwo. He is only getting delt 10 damage a turn and
can flip until Mewtwo is killed or draw cards until
Kangaskhan is almost dead and retreat. Drawing the
cards will help speed up Raindance. All I'm saying is
don't overlook Kangaskhan in a raindance deck,
especially if it is a turbo raindance. This doesn't
mean go and replace him for Lapras but to use him as a
replacement until you get a Lapras. Besides you might
like him better. Try using both, you might like it, I
know I do.
