The movie promo version of Dragonite includes the following Power:

  Power: Special Delivery
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may draw
a card. If you do choose a card from your hand and put
it on the top of your deck. This power cannot be used
if Dragonite is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

At first glance, this power appears stupid--you draw a card,
and put a card from your hand on top of the deck (where you
will obviously draw it on your next turn).  All that seems to
give you is a chance to draw now the card you would be drawing
on your next turn.

But imagine this situation:  Suppose you have a  Prof. Oak in your
hand, and would like to use it to draw 7 cards now, but there is a card
in your hand that don't want to discard (perhaps an evolved Pokemon which
you don't have the basic card for yet, or a super energy removal
and you are waiting until your opponent has two energy cards on
his active Pokemon before you use it). Using Dragonite's Special
Delivery power, you can put that card on top of the deck, then use
Prof. Oak, and get that card right back among the 7 cards you draw!  Cool.

Or suppose you find you have two Prof. Oak cards in your hand
at the same time!  (Nothing makes me more frustrated!)  When
you use one, you would ordinarily have to discard the other one.
But using Dragonite's "Special Delivery" power, you could put
one on top of the deck, and use the other one--then get the first
one back in your hand again when you draw 7 cards!!!!

So with the movie promo Dragonite in play, you can use Prof. Oak
sooner, more efficiently, and more often.  (Of course Dragonite
is a powerful attacker, too.  But if you use Prof. Oak, don't let
Dragonite be knocked out.  Keep it on your bench.)
