Here's my two cents on the top ten pokemon cards.  You may agree, or disagree
but i really don't give a damn.  Anyway, here's the list.

10)  Gengar-  This is a very effective  card with great pre-evolved forms and
it's pokemon power is kind of like an everlasting plus power.  With no
weakness, resistance to fighting, and 1 retreat cost, this card is a great
psychic card.

9)  Clefable-  This card has some great advantages, but its disadvatages keep
it out of the top 5.  Metronome is maybe the best move in the game.  But,
Clefairy is WEAK and weakness to fighting really hurts.

8)  Hitmonchan-  Almost every aspect of this card is positive except for its
weakness to psychic.  Also, many pokemon are resistant to it.  With Mimes,
ghosts, and legendary birds, this card has its problems.

7)  Scyther-  Finally, a card that deserves to be in MOST decks.  Res. to
fighting is a plus as well as a "colorless" attack and free retreat.  It
makes Gyarados almost non-existent in rain dance, and takes out areodactyl in
one shot.  The first attack really bites though, and it is slow.

6)  Mr. Mime-  The ultimate staller, it has maybe the most useful pokemon
power.  It shuts down rain dance, charizard (who plays charizard??), ANY
pokemon w/ attack more than 20.  Some drawbacks are a weak move and only 40
HP.  The one retreat cost is good, though.

5)  Fossil Magmar-  Hands down, the best fire card.  Its uncommon too, which
is nice.  Smokescreen and smog are good moves.  70 Hp is good for a basic.
And no need to discard.  This card has modified some haymakers.

4)  Alakazam-  With Mr. Mime, these can be maybe the most annoying card.  It
can stall, stall, stall.  Its attack is OK.  Confusion is the best status
effect.  Some problems include relatively low HP, 3 retreat, and bad
pre-evolved forms.

3)  Chansey-  How don't you like this big poof ball.  Stalling is its
sprecially with 120 HP and Scrunch.  One retreat cost and res. to psy is
good.  Its only drawback is that it doesn't have a consistant attack (double
edge?)

2)  Blastoise-  It is Rain Dance.  Its pokemon power allows it to deal 60
turn 2.  A couple of draw backs: 3 retreat and weakness to Electabuzz
(electric).

1)  Electabuzz-  Without a doubt the best card.  Second turn 40.  Both moves
are excellent.  Retreat isn't a problem and 70 HP is nothing to laugh at.  It
is the best card.

Finalists- Articuno, Dragonair, NineTails, and Promo Mewtwo
