-All right this is my first report hopefully first of many. First things
first i bought the pojo magazine and i had to check outthe site and i must
say Wow!!!

Okay now down to business.  There is a lot of talk and use of psychic pokemon
all about kadabra, alakazam, mewtwo, and even jynx.  Jynx...come on double
slap blows and meditate can cause a lot of damage only when the defender has
a lot of damage on him.  Okay now tell me somethin there is a measly magikarp
out there, and with jynx it would take two turns to take it out come on thats
pathetic for  a so called great psychic pokemon.  Jynx delivers high powered
atacks when u need a low power attack and vice versa.  Jynx does make a
decent wall though.  Alakazam and kadabra are great pokemon but like most
psychic pokemon they are weak to psychic and i usually use kadabras and
alakazams but there is a psychic pokemon better...these pokemon are the
gengar line.

Fossil gastly vs. abra

Gastly has 20 more hp, both have an attack with one psy evergy with the same
effects but gasly has a bonus attack.  Abra is weak to osychics while gastly
is resistant to fighters.

Kadabra vs. Fossil haunter

The first match was a givern this is pretty tough.  Kadabra beats haunter
with 10 more hp.  Kadabra has a great move -recover but can get costly later
on while haunter has pokemon power transparency which means haunter gets hit
only half of the time. Wow!  Everyone sees super psy for kadabra and says
wow. i agree 50 is a massive attack but i takes 3 energies and in most games
kadabra will get wipedout before u can use it more than once.... i no from
experience.  Haunters nightmare does 10 damage and puts the defender to
sleep. which makes the chance of actually hitting haunter 25%.  Retreat cost
for haunter is a whopping 3 while haunters is free and resistance/weakness is
the same as first match.  Its close but i like haunter especially against
more powerful pokemon.

Gengar vs. Alakazam

Here it is the match for best psychic.  I dont have the alakazam card right
in front of meso i may be wrong on a few things.  Same hp. Attack does 30.
Alakazam can confuse 50% but Gengar hits a benched pokemon with ten all the
time. Both pokemon Powers are extremely useful and two of the best in the
game.  But once again the deciding factors come into play The
resistance/weakness is the same as the previous two comparisons and whil
alakazam has 3 for a retreat, Gengar needs only one which is ridiculously
awesome for a stage 2 pokemon.

Well thats what i think....
