I'm guessing the Koga's Muk/Alakazam combo won't be
legal.  Two reasons:

A.  I'm betting that if the current trends in wording
continue, it will be worded:  When an attack deals
damage to Koga's Muk, flip a coin.  If heads, remove
an energy card from your opponents active Pokemon.
This power can't be used of Koga's Muk is Asleep,
Confused, or Paralyzed.  "Damage Swap" is NOT an
attack.  It is a Pokemon power.

B.  Even if it isn't worded that way, if it doesn't
say "When a damage counter is put on Muk" rather than
"When damage is dealt to Muk", Damage Swap won't
count.  Damage Swap does NOT say "Remove a damage
counter from one of your pokemon and deal 10 damage to
another".  It says "move 1 damage counter from one of
your Pokemon to another", which means no damage is
dealt.

Of course, both of these depend on how the card is
worded, but I doubt Wizards would let that happen.
Infinite energy removal is BROKEN!

Hope this helps,

Xhad
