Here's My top 10 pokémon and my top 5 trainer list:

                                Pokemon
10) Staru.  Staru? STARU??? It sounds kinda weird, but he's pretty good.  He
can kill a charizard or any other fire pokemon, which is just about the only
use for him.

9) Kangaskahn.  This pokemon is good.  Fetch is an unique attack that is also
very useful.  And when he gets pumped up, he can deal 80 damage if he flips
all heads.

8)  Electabuzz.  This guy is great.  He can do 10 damage and a 50/50 chance
of paralisis in his first turn.  And he is capiable of doing 40 damage in his
sceond turn.

7)  Mr. Mime. In my opinion, the best psychic around.  He can prevent major
damage in case your facing a charizard, and it's meditate isn't such a bad
attack.

6) Hitmonchan.  The best haymaker.  20 damage in your first turn isn't too
bad.  And 40 damage in his second turn.  He'll have done major damage before
hard hitters like charizard attack.

5) Charizard.  Many people think it's the best card around.  People want to
get this card sooooooooo bad.  But i never expierenced this because Charizard
was the first hologram I ever got.  Now down to buisness.  His pokemon power
isn't that bad, but his attack is a stinker.  You need 4 fire energies to 100
damage, and then you need to discard 2 of them.  What an energy waster.

4)  Articuno.  with 3 water energies he can do 30 damage and a 50/50 chance
of paralisis.  With 4 water energies he can do 50 damage, but now comes the
risk.  He will either do 10 damage to each or your pokemon or your opponents
pokemon.  It's worth the risk if you don't have any pokemon on your bench
though.

3) Alakazam.  His attack isn't that bad.  30 damage with  3 energies and a
50/50 chance of getting the opponent confused.  But his pokemon power is DA
BOMB!  He can just switch his damage counters to another pokemon if he has
to.  The only way to kill him is with big hitters, and if there are no more
pokemon to switch damage counters to.

2) Blastoise.  One of my favorite pokemon.  He doen't need 4 energies to deal
some damage (like Charizard and Venusaur)  and by the time they do their
damage, they'll either dead, or almost dead.  Also his pokemon power can
allow him to put as many energies on him as possible.

1) Clefable.  This pokemon is my favorite.  He can do any of your opponents
attacks with just  ONE COLORLESS ENERGY!!!  That means he will have at least
killed charizard by the time it's ready to attack Clefable.  And minimize
isn't such a bad attack ( if your gonna die and your facing a haymaker like
rattata or Machop).

Trainers

5) Bill.  Very good for a common card.  It allows you to draw 2 cards (i
think) which is nice.  But you have to watch out not to Bill your self to
death!

4) Computer Search.  Very nice.  It lets you find ANY card you want in your
deck which is pretty good.

3) Imposter Prof. Oak.  The best card if your opponent has a Charizard in his
hand.

2) Pokemon Breeder.  Very nifty if you have a charmander and a charizard, but
no charmeleon.

1) Energy Search.  Your savior if you ran out of energies.
