(I think everyone should hear this.  If you decide to post this please put it
under "Card Comparisons".  It is not a comparison but, obviously, it relates
to it)
----------
I know I've said this before, but no one seems to hear me.  Hopefully
more people will see this message.  This is how someone compared venomoth and
alakazam (I'm assuming everyone already knows the stats):

Alakazam is a stage 2 card, Venomoth is stage 1.(Venomoth wins)
Alakazam  0
Venomoth  1

Alakazam has 80 HP, Venomoth has 70 HP.(Alakazam wins)
Alakazam  1
Venomoth  1

Alakazam's Pokemon power can move the damage from one of your pokemon to
another, Venomoth can turn into any typeof any other pokemon in play. I think
Alakazam's PP is better(Alakazam wins)
Alakazam  2
Venomoth  1

Alakazam has a weakness to psychic, no resistance, and 3 retreat cost.
Venomoth has a weakness to fire, resistance to fighting, and free retreat
cost. (Venomoth wins)
Alakazam  2
Venomoth  2

Venomoth's Venompowder does 10 damage with the chance of confusion and poison
for just 2 energy cards. Alakazam does 30 damage with chance of confusion for
3 energy cards. (Venomoth wins)
Alakazam  2
Venomoth  3

It comes down to whose attack is better. I think Venomoth is better than
Alakazam

AAAAAAARRRRRHHHH!!!!  How can someone do this??  Which would you use in a
STALL DECK?!?  Which deck would probably win??  I've read some comparing
blastoise and gyarados in this way and gyarados wins.  Blastoise is a lot
more important in a RAINDANCE though!!  Please don't just consider the stats,
consider how the card works.  Big numbers are for charizard lovers.  The
bigger number isn't always the best, as shown above.  I try not to be rude
and respect people, but AAAARRHH!!  I can't handle this!  Instead of keeping
tally of scores, you should consider each card's use in decks, all aspects of
play, possible combos, and the metagame, as well as any other factors.  If
you do this you won't sound like as much of an idiot as the people who say
charizard is better than blastoise because of his larger numbers.  Alakazam
is much stronger than venomoth because of his pokemon power.  A raindance
won't work without blastoise, and a raindance wins a lot more than a
charizard deck.  People, before you compare cards, think about what I've said
here.
