I was leafing through my Feburary issue of PoJo mag when I came to to the Team Rocket Translations. Now, I didn't really need the translations to come up with this, but it struck me when I saw them. The Evil Pokémon were different than the normal Pokémon, so you could have 4 of each. I know you're saying, "So what?" Well, take the following scenario.

You have a normal Kadabra in play, and a Pokémon Breeder and an Evil Alakazam in your hand. All your other Abras have been killed, and you can kill him if you could only get out Evil Alakazam. The answer: Devolution Spray! A Devolution Spray makes it possible for the following to be a good combo in a deck.

4 Devo Spray
4 Abra
3 Kadabra
2 Alakazam
3 Evil Kadabra
2 Evil Alakazam
4 Item Finders

I predict that Devo Spray will become much more popular when TR comes out. K, if you have any problems with this then...
