C=Colorless G=Grass E=Energy
I'm going to tell you about Ekans and Arbok.  If you don't think that
Ekans and Arbok are good cards, I hope I can show you their power.
Lets start off with Ekans.

Basic Pokemon
40HP
Grass Type
Weakness: Psychic
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: 1E.
G. Spit Poisin: Flip a coin, if heads the defending Pokemon is now
Poisined.
G.C. Wrap: 20 damage.  Flip a coin, if heads the defending Pokemon is now
Paralyzed.

Evaluation:
40HP is not the best.  But no Psychic type could defeat him in one turn.
One Retreat Cost is good.  I'm also a big fan of both attacks.  Spit Poisin
gives you a chance to Poisin your opponent's Pokemon early in the game.
The when they're Poisined go in for the kill with Wrap.
We've talked enough about Ekans, now on to Arbok.

Stage One
60HP
Grass Type
Weakness: Psychic
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: 2E.
G. Terror Strike: 10 damage.  Flip a coin, if heads and if your opponent
has any benched Pokemon, he/she chooses one of them and switches it with
the active Pokemon.
G.G.C. Poisin Fang: 20 damage. The defending Pokemon is now Poisined.

Evaluation:
60HP is not much of an improvement.  Also, the Retreat Cost is a little
high.  Being able to do an attack like Terror Strike as soon as Arbok is in
play is very impressive.  And Poisin Fang is just like Poisin Powder for
Tangela and Ivysaur, only this has a requirement of a Colorless energy
instead of another Grass energy.  All in all I think Arbok is pretty good.
Anyway, it's time to give a final ratin to these guys.

Rating from 1-10:
Ekans: 5.7
Arbok: 6.9
