Demitri Maximov:Greetings...I've read over a Porygon article that had a few
things wrong with, that I would like to post up. In the Porygon article (Porygon
from April 1st) whoever wrote it gave one wrong example. It stated that if you
put an Alakazam against at Fossil Gastly or Haunter you can change Gastly or
Haunter's weakness to Psychic with Porygon's "Conversion 1"
attack...Now, lets take a look at Porygon...
Demitri opens his palm, with a Porygon Card in his hand. The
Porygon Card floats from his hand, and more into your view...
Demitri Maximov:Now...lets look at Conversion 1...
"Conversion 1 If the Defending Pokemon has a Weakness,
you may change it to a type of your choice other than Colorless."
Demitri Maximov:Take a closer look and you can see why you can not change Fossil
Gastly or Haunter's weakness... "IF the Defending Pokemon has a
Weakness...", only if the Defending Pokemon has a weakness , you can change
it...so my good friend Gastly...
Gastly floats out of the shadows and over to Demitri...
Demitri Maximov:...will not be hit with 60 damage from Alakazam...I hope next
time whoever wrote that article, takes a closer look at the cards they are
writing about...and with this, I leave you. Fare well...
