Analysis :
You must be a pretty exceptional player if you use this Pokémon on your
deck, because if you do you are already at a disadvantage as this Pokémon in
my opinion is one of the weakest. With a disgraceful HP Level of 50 this
Pokémon can be knocked out in one move by a more powerful Stage 1 Pokémon
and in 2-3 moves for a Basic Pokémon. This prospect is very, very
disgraceful for a Stage 1 Pokémon, in my opinion with a prospect like this,
it doesn't even qualify to be a Stage 1 Pokémon, this prospect is more along
the lines of being a Basic Pokémon and even then many more Basic Pokémon are
more powerful than Cloyster.

Now, moving onto the attacks, to me, the attacks that Cloyster uses are very
appalling, let's first take a look at  Clamp. At first glance this attack
might look powerful with a damage potential of 30 HP. Look even closer and
you have the potential to paralyse the defending Pokémon. Read the fine
lines and discover that you need heads to do both the attack and the
paralysis effect on the defending Pokémon. If not then nothing happens, a
wasted attack giving the opponent the upper hand on you. Its a pretty big
risk to use this attack. Let's move on to the next attack, Spike Cannon.
This attack has a damage potential of 60 HP. Although this attack has more
chance of succeeding than the Clamp attack it is still pretty risky as
landing 2 tails will mean a wasted attack giving your opponent the upper
hand yet again. In closing, choosing Cloyster is a very, very big risk
unless you are an exceptional player (as stated before), choosing Cloyster
will give your opponent the upper hand on you as the moves that Cloyster
uses have a very large chance of failing. In my opinion Cloyster is a weak
Pokémon with equally pathetic attacks. Don't use Cloyster. You simply will
be disadvantaged.
