eevee, flareon, jolteon, and vaporeon...Eevee and its evolutions.  We'll
start with eevee, then go to jolteon, then flareon, and finally vaporeon

Eevee               Basic pokemon 50hp
colorless pokemon    res. psy  weakness: fighting
C: tail wag if heads defending pokemon can't attack eevee next turn.
(benching either pokemon ends effect)

CC:  Quick attack  10 +
Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 10+ twenty damage, if tails, this
attack does 10

Andrew:  Eevee, with fifty hit points, isn't a bad starting pokemon, the only
problem is he's weak to fighting, the promenent color at doing twenty on turn
one.  Hitmonchan and a plus power will kill eevee on turn one.  just totally
drop it like a bad habit.  Eevee's tail wag gives him possible immunity to
attacks, if your good at flipping heads.  Even with it, if your opponent
plays a lot of scyther (which is a lot of people) retreat scyther a, bring up
scyther b.  Retreat scyther b, and bring back up scyther a, and slash or
something like that.   Also quick attack, it isn't the killer some people
might think it is.  And if you do think it is a killer, see a psychiatrist,
you need help.  So all in all, eevee is an okay pokemon, with a defensive and
offensive attack, but it ain't great, by a longshot.

now... on to Jolteon...

Jolteon evol. to eevee.    70 hp
CC: quick attack  10+ flip a coin, if heads this attack does 10+20 damage, if
tails does 10 damage.
EEC:  pinmissile  20x  flip four coins, this attack does twenty damage times
the number of heads

this also has weakness to fighting, retreat cost one.
Quick attack, read above... now pin missile, he sort of makes up for quick
attack with an average, ok attack.  THe only thing i don't like is for every
attack for him, he has to flip coins to attack.  Pin missile, if you're lucky
does40-60 damage, and if you're really lucky eighty.  but if you're unlucky
w/ dice or coins, you might end up with twenty to forty, but if you on a off
day, you're sitting there saying pin missile for 0 damage.  Trust me , it
happens.  Jolteon is a good pokemon, but as an attacker, he has to have a
trainer that is good at flipping coins.  Jolteon is one of my favorite
pokemon, but I never use him because, well, truth be told, I'm lousy at
flipping coins.

Flareon  evol to eevee  70 hp
weakness to water      retreat cost C
CC: quick attack 10+ you know the drill, not going over it again.  If you
really forgot, check above
FFCC:  flamethrower  60
discard one fire energy to use this attack.

Quick attack, read up above at the beginning

Flamethrower:  YES!!  BIG DAMAGE!  this pokemon has a solid attack and is
strong with 70 hp.  Flamethrower can be off on turn three...and keep going.
this guys only enemy is energy removal...so look out!!!  He shares the one
thing that keeps me from playing fire, the removal of energy to attack... I
play only one fire pokemon now, and that is fossil magmar, arguebly the best
fire pokemon yet.  This guy is good and almost great, so if you're looking
strong fire, go with this guy, arcanine and fossil magmar...they should do
the trick.

Vaporeon  80hp  evol. to eevee

CC: quick attack   zzzz....hmm what?  Oh quick attack, up above...

WWC:water gun  30+  this attack does thirty damage plus ten more fore each
extra W energy attached to vaporeon.  Extra energy past the second doesn't
count.

With 80 hp, it can take the most damage, its just to bad he can't dish it
out.  Many of you Blastoise fans might say Vaporeon can do fifty damage...to
which I can only say, yeah, but do really attack five energy to a pokemon?
no! well blastoise doesn't count.  Articuno can do fifty with killing the
bench for 4 energy.  And dewgong can do fifty for two water and a
colorless...seriously people, just take your vaporeon cards out back and burn
them because they are too slow for Blastoise and you won't even see them in
any other Decent deck.

IF you want to argue with what I just said, don't waste your breath,  I
stated it how it is, with my opinion thrown in... However, IF you need help
building decks, just want to talk or even play an apprentice game...
